The CorEdge Networks CEN-CLK-T has two independent advanced clock source and distribution modules:

Flexible clock source:

CEN-CLK-T can select a clock from:

- Any one of the 12 AMC cards
- The front panel
- A redundant MCH
- A local Stratum 3 clock.

The selected clock is cleaned for jitter and retimed for distribution. CEN-CTEL provides glitchless switchover from the primary to the secondary source in the event of failure.

Versatile clock distribution:

The reliable clocks can be distributed to all the AMCs excluding: the source (if any), front panel and the redundant MCH.
